The Relief and Rehabilitation Branch deals broadly with providing relief and rehabilitation to the families affected as fallout of man-made disasters. The Branch has been the core instrument for extending social justice to persons affected in man-made disasters like extrimist violance, ethnic violance, group clash, actions of security forces etc. This Branch provides gratutious relief, rehabilitation grant, ex-gratia grant and financial assistance to the people affected in the above mentioned man-made disasters.
